Founding Five subscription

$49/month renews monthly until cancelled. You can use online cancellation through the billing portal. There is no setup fee.

The Founding rate locked for 12 months does not create a 12-month commitment. It applies only to your continuously active founding subscription and does not promise reinstatement after cancellation.

The $49 monthly subscription price excludes any applicable sales, use, or similar taxes. The 12-month Founding rate lock applies to the subscription price, not to taxes.

Included and supported input

The Founding Five offer includes one agent, one Google Calendar, and unlimited supported escrow emails. Supported input is a structured escrow-opening email with deadline text in the message body. Attachments are detected but not read. Attachment-only emails are unsupported.

Approval and responsibility

Closefile assists with organization. The agent remains responsible for reviewing transaction dates and obligations before approval.

First-live-escrow guarantee

If a supported first live escrow cannot complete because of an unresolved Closefile failure that remains unresolved for one business day after notice, you may request a refund of your first monthly charge.

Service limits

Closefile does not provide legal, brokerage, title, or transaction-coordination services and does not guarantee deadline outcomes. It does not replace your judgment or responsibilities for a transaction.
